Matcha Latte Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Matcha Powder of your choice
  • 2.5 – 3 tsp Agave or Sweetener of Choice
  • Bowl (Chawan)
  • Whisk (Chasen)
  • Sieve
  • 4-6 oz of Milk of Choice
  • 2 oz of Hot Water (160-170 degrees Fahrenheit)

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 oz of water.
  2. Sift the matcha powder into a bowl (chawan).
  3. Add agave or any sweetener of your choice.
  4. Pour the hot water into the matcha mixture.
  5. Whisk the matcha for 30 seconds in a W motion. 
  6. Add the milk of your choice to a cup of ice (or serve hot).
  7. Add the whisked matcha to the milk. Enjoy!
