
Matcha Latte Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 tsp Matcha Powder of your choice
- 2.5 – 3 tsp Agave or Sweetener of Choice
- Bowl (Chawan)
- Whisk (Chasen)
- Sieve
- 4-6 oz of Milk of Choice
- 2 oz of Hot Water (160-170 degrees Fahrenheit)
Instructions
- Heat 2 oz of water.
- Sift the matcha powder into a bowl (chawan).
- Add agave or any sweetener of your choice.
- Pour the hot water into the matcha mixture.
- Whisk the matcha for 30 seconds in a W motion.
- Add the milk of your choice to a cup of ice (or serve hot).
- Add the whisked matcha to the milk. Enjoy!
